Colorado spent years building a following around premium stationery and paper goods — but their brand hadn't kept pace with their ambitions. Their website felt dated, visual identity was inconsistent, and they were losing ground to competitors who looked the part even if their product didn't. They came to us ready for a complete overhaul.

The challenge
Colorado wasn't struggling because of their product — their product was exceptional. The problem was perception. Their existing brand communicated neither the quality nor the care that went into everything they made. The website was difficult to navigate, poorly optimised for mobile, and completely failed to tell their story in a compelling way.
On top of that, they were entering a more competitive market and needed to differentiate fast — without losing the warmth and authenticity their existing customers loved. Every touchpoint was working against them, and they knew it. They just needed someone to fix it without stripping away what made them them.

The visual language we built from scratch.

Brand identity applied across touchpoints.
The solution
We started from the ground up — brand strategy first, visual identity second, website last. The new Colorado identity draws on the tactile, considered nature of their products: refined typography, a warm neutral palette, and a design language that feels as premium as the paper in their hands.
The website was rebuilt with a focus on storytelling and conversion — clean product photography, intuitive navigation, and a checkout experience that gets out of the way. Every section was designed to earn trust before asking for a sale. From first brief to launch in eight weeks, on time and exactly as scoped.
From the Founder
"Deformo didn't just redesign our website — they gave us a brand we're genuinely proud to put our name on. The results came faster than we ever expected."
