2. Client Responsibilities

• Supply necessary content, assets, and materials in a timely manner

• Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes

• Ensure you have rights to all materials provided to us

2.2. Payment Terms

• Pay invoices according to agreed payment schedule

• Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days

• Understand that work may be suspended for overdue payments

3. Our Responsibilities

3.1. Service Delivery

• Deliver exceptional design that emerges from deliberate disruption

• Maintain professional standards in all communications

• Protect confidential client information

• Provide reasonable revisions as outlined in project agreements

3.2. Intellectual Property

• Transfer agreed-upon rights to final deliverables upon full payment

• Respect existing copyrights and trademarks

• Obtain necessary licenses for stock materials when applicable

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Client Content

You retain ownership of content, text, and materials you provide to us.

4.2. Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive agreed-upon usage rights to final deliverables. Deformo retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes to showcase our boundary-defying approach.

4.3. Third-Party Materials

Any third-party materials (fonts, stock photos, etc.) may require separate licensing agreements.

5. Project Timeline and Revisions

5.1. Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Client feedback and approval delays

• Scope changes or additional requests

• Technical complications or third-party delays

5.2. Revisions

• Minor revisions are included as specified in project agreements

• Major changes may require additional time and cost

• Unlimited revisions are not included unless explicitly stated

6. Payment and Billing

6.1. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed

• Late payments may incur interest charges

• Final deliverables are released upon full payment

6.2. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically limited to:

• Services not yet rendered

• Demonstrable failure to meet agreed specifications

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• Third-party claims or issues

• Technical issues beyond our control

8. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed

• Work-in-progress files may be provided at our discretion

• Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and expect the same regarding Deformo's creative methodologies and innovative approaches.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability

If any portion of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
